no, I use GIMP to do my animation.

however, :iconemotication: has a series of tutorials for photoshop that you could use

I usually have all the different parts of the emoticon on different layers, and I move them around and put "new from visible" for the frames, I'd recommend you check out some tutorials though, I'm not very good at explaining these things :icon8buckplz:
